INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup Worchestershire Sauce
1/2 cup Louisiana Hot Sauce
1/2 Tbsp Spiced Granulated Garlic
1 1/2 Tbsp Basil
1 1/2 Tbsp Thyme
1 cup Olive Oil
1/2 cup Lemon Juice
2 cups Margarine (solid)
1 cup Water
5 Lbs Shrimp
3 Lbs Crawfish
PROCEDURE
Saute shrimp for 4-5 minutes. Add Crawfish and saute. Mix all other ingredients in bowl and add to saute pan. Serve over smashed potatoes and enjoy.
