Chili Rocks Tangy BBQ Stew (An appetizer or a meal over noodles) Ingredients 1 – Red Bell Peppers, chunky diced 1 – Orange Bell Peppers, chunky diced 1 – Green Bell Peppers, chunky diced 1 – Yellow Bell Peppers, chunky diced 2 – large tomatoes, chunky diced 2 – medium onions, chunky diced ½ pound hot dogs, chucky sliced ½ pound bockwurst, chucky sliced ½ pound mini Italian links, chucky sliced (Available only through CHILI ROCKS!) ½ pound Goetta Breakfast Links, chucky sliced 1 pound small meatballs 2 bottles (38 ounces of Chili Rocks Tangy BBQ Sauce). 4 Star Rating in July 2012 Cincinnati Magazine!
Place all meat and veggies together in a stock pot, and add 16 ounces of water and 8 ounces of Chili Rocks Tangy BBQ Sauce. Bring mixture to a boil, and then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Add the balance of the Chili Rocks Tangy BBQ Sauce to the mixture, and simmer for an additional 30 minutes.
