Recipe:
8 oz. Chopped Broccoli
8 oz. Cut Zucchini
1 Bellpepper chopped
16 oz. baby spinach
4 oz. Steak
4 oz. Grilled chicken
4 oz. olive oil
Method:
In one pan add olive oil and then add broccoli, zucchini, and green bellpepper and saute for about a minute and half. Then add cooked chicken and steak on top. In second pan heat up and saute spinach, which should only take about 30 seconds. Plate Spinach first and then add cooked protein and veggies on top.
