Gausman shines in pro debut

STATE COLLEGE, PA - Former LSU pitching star and this year's fourth round pick Kevin Gausman did not disappoint in his pro debut with the Class A Aberdeen IronBirds.

Gausman pitched three perfect innings, throwing 31 pitches, 23 of them for strikes and finished with two strikeouts.

By the way, the IronBirds beat State College 4-1 to win the three game series.
