Bruchalun - The Little Village


4-oz slice of veal pounded

1-Oz pine nuts

1-Oz bread crumbs

2-Oz chopped prosciutto

1/4 Oz parsley and basil copped

Salt and pepper


Stuff and roll veal secure with tooth pick

Brown on all sides in olive oil

Then cook slowly for 1hr in Red SAuce

Serve with spaghetti
