Burglar steals truck with keys inside

DENHAM SPRINGS, LA (WAFB) -

Deputies are looking for a man who stole an unlocked pickup whose keys were left inside.

The truck was stolen around 2:30 Wednesday morning from a home on Carol Ann Dr.

According to reports, the unidentified suspect rummaged through an unlocked vehicle, then went the home's carport and stole a side grinder.  From there, he went through a second unlocked car and took a pistol magazine and a gas can.  He then searched a third unlocked vehicle, found a set of keys inside and drove off.

The stolen truck is a white Toyota Tacoma, with a white camper shell, ladder rack and ladders.  It had Kentucky license plates, #459383.

The suspect has tattoos on both upper arms.
