BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - Police have released surveillance pictures of three people they want to talk to in connection with a murder at a grocery store.

Detectives said one one is of a man who walked into Jim & Lu's Grocery on Saturday and allegedly stole the owner's gun. They also want to talk to the girl seen in the same surveillance clip.

A third person of interest is a guy seen making a purchase at the counter.

Investigators believe the three might know something about Monday night's shooting of a store clerk.

Montaser Zarrouq, 32, was shot outside the store. Relatives of the victim said Zarrouq walked out of the store and got into the driver's side of his car. Two individuals were outside. One individual rode his bike across the street, shot four times, and continued riding his bike.

The surveillance video shows Zarrouq struggling to get back inside the store before he collapses.

The family believes the teen that stole the gun from the store may be the person who shot Zarrouq.

"He has five kids, a family, comes to work, comes home, very humble person," Alex Asmar said.

Asmar said his cousin had only worked at the store a couple of months.

Detectives said they do not have a clear motive for the shooting or a suspect, but added it doesn't appear to be a robbery.
