It won't surprise you to hear politicians on the left saying that billionaires aren't paying their fair share.

But what may surprise you is that the United Nations is now saying that billionaires need to pay a global tax to help the poor world-wide.

So what is behind this move and could the U.N. try to slap every American with a similar tax?
