The Banks is getting another new tenant.
Shawmut Design and Construction in Boston, has announced it has been awarded construction of two Yard House restaurants, located in Cincinnati and Seattle.
Yard House is known for great food, classic rock and an endless fleet of tap handles featuring craft, imported and specialty ales & lagers.
Construction of the Cincinnati build is scheduled to begin this month. Designed by MBH Architects, the project features construction of a new 13,000 square foot ground up building. The restaurant will be located in The Banks, a downtown development situated between Great American Ball Park and Paul Brown Stadium.
