Ingredients:
4 large baking potatoes
1 pound shrimp
1 pound crawfish tails
1/2 pound crab meat
1 cup seasoning blend
2 tsp crab boil
2 tblsp seafood base
2 cups cheese sauce
crisp bacon
salt and pepper to taste
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
Bake potatoes approximately 1 hour. Cut down center and remove potato from center
In a pot, cook down shrimp, crab meat, crawfish tails and seasoning blend. Sauté at least 20 minutes and add seafood base, crab boil, salt and pepper. Drain.
In a bowl, mix seafood with potatoes and cheese sauce.
Stuff potatoes and add shredded cheese and bacon. Bake for 10 minutes.
