Yum Yum Shrimp for Salads or Poboys - Tony Chachere's


1 lb. medium sized shrimp, peeled, deveined

½ cup Milk

1 Egg

½ cup Tony Chachere's Fish Fry Mix

1 ½ cup Panko Crumbs

Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning

Oil for Frying

½ cup Tony Chachere's Spicy Sweet Sandwich Sauce


Heat oil to 350 degrees. Mix milk and egg. Place shrimp in mixture. Mix Tony Chachere's Fish Fry Mix, crumbs and Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning. Dredge shrimp through mixture. Fry in hot oil. Toss hot fried shrimp with sandwich sauce and serve on top of poboy bread or salad greens. Use extra sauce as dressing. YUM!
