BUTLER, GA (WTVM) -
A search warrant was executed at a Taylor County home on Monday where a 15-year-old girl was allegedly abused and forced to live in a chicken coop.
This came after authorities received a complaint about the girl being locked inside a building without food and water last week.
Last reported, the child was in the custody of family and the Department of Family and Child Services.
Officials with the Taylor County Sheriff's Office and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation are still investigating this case.
