LSU lands another 4-star football commitment

BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) -

Memphis Central High star Frank Herron committed to LSU today adding another strong 2013 football commitment for the Tigers.

Herron, a 4-star recruit and ranked #17 by Rivals, is regarded as one of the top defensive ends in the country.

The 6'4", 245 pound defensive end recorded 57 tackles, 7 for loss and also had 7 sacks last season.

Herron picked LSU over Mississippi State, Tennessee, Clemson and Memphis.

LSU now has fourteen commitments.
