Primavera Calzone - Rotolo's


3oz mozzarella cheese

1oz red onion sliced

1oz green pepper sliced

1oz mushroom sliced

1oz black olive sliced

1.5oz tomato sliced

7oz dough


Stretch the dough into a 12 inch circle. Add cheese then topping to only one half. Fold the plain half over the half with the toppings. Close the calzone by pressing the top into the bottom around edges. Cut three slices in the top of calzone before baking for ventilation. Bake 500 degrees for 7 minutes.
