Homemade White Sausage Gravy from Frank's


1 pound of patty sausage
1/2 cup of flour
3 - 16 oz cups of whole milk


  • Ground sausage until done.
  • Mash well.
  • Drain grease off of sausage meat.
  • Add flour, salt and pepper.
  • Mix flour well with meat.
  • Add milk and stir until thickens.
