BOSSIER CITY, LA (KSLA) -

Two cars were pulled from the Red River near the Shreveport-Barksdale bridge Wednesday.

Bossier Sheriff's Department Spokesperson Lt. Bill Davis says Blount Brothers Construction was dredging the Red River near the Arthur Ray Teague boat launch around Noon when they fished out a gray 1999 Plymouth Breeze and a black 1998 Toyota Corolla. Both were in very bad condition.

Investigators determined both cars were reported stolen out of Shreveport.  The Shreveport Police Department is now investigating.
