INGREDIENTS
3 loaves French Bread
4 cups sugar
2 tbl cinnamon
6 eggs
1/2 pint heavy whipping cream
2 tsp spice vanilla
2 cups apple filling
INGREDIENTS for BREAD PUDDING SAUCE
1/2 pint heavy whipping cream
2 tsp corn starch
2 tsp water
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup bourbon
PROCEDURE
- Bring the cream to a boil and combine the corn starch and water. Add the mixture to the cream, stirring constantly. Return to a boil until it thickens. Add sugar and bourbon and stir.
