Ingredients:
1½ sticks
unsalted butter
2 - 1lb pack
La. Crawfish with fat
1 - 12oz.
pack Fettuccini, Bowtie, or Rotini Noodles
1 Qt. of ½
and ½
1 – 8oz.
Whipping Cream
1 cup diced
onion(yellow)
1 tablespoon
seasoned salt
1 ½ red bell
pepper or yellow bell pepper
1 tsp fresh
garlic
2 tsp rotel
tomatoes
1 package of
shredded cheddar
Method:
Boil pasta
according to package directions at the same time sauce is being made.
Start sauce
by melting 1 stick of unsalted butter in a large sauce pan.
Add onions
and bell peppers, sauté for 5 min. After
veggies are sauted add 1 qt. of ½ and ½,
and 8oz. of whipping cream.
Add
remaining butter, seasoned salt, garlic, rotel tomatoes, cheese, and crawfish
w/fat (unwashed).
Cook for 5
min. on low heat. Add noodles to sauce.
Serve
immediately.
