MILAN, TN -
(WMC-TV) - "He would basically tell them how beautiful they were. How he'd like to meet them, get to know them better," said Terry Jones, Milan Police Department captain.
That was one line that 19-year-old Allen Williams used to hook up with young girls he met through Facebook.
According to Milan Police, some girls were as young as 13-years-old. The Milan High School graduate sent photos of himself to the teenagers, some of them nude.
He participated in indecent behavior with a few of the willing girls.
"Some of them he actually went to their homes, met their parents," said Jones.
Police said there are at least 6 victims, Williams is charged with 18 different counts including rape and solicitation.
Investigators say he was caught when he last contacted a 13-year-old girl.
"He found her on Facebook. Her sister had posted her phone number," said Jones.
Police say Williams sent the girl photos and she told her mother, who then contacted Milan police Monday.
Investigators then started texting Williams, posing as the 13-year-old girl who setup a meeting at a coin laundry. They wrote, you know I'm 13 - I'm going to have to ride my bike there.
When Williams showed up, instead of meeting the 13-year-old girl he was greeted by 3 Milan Police officers.
Police took him into custody.
Allen Williams' mother claims he is mentally disabled.
"Yeah he did do wrong. He shouldn't have been texting a lot of those girls but he is on their age level," said William's mother.
Williams is behind bars, Milan police say there may be more victims.
Allen Williams is being held on a 250-thousand dollar bond.
