TYLER, TX (KLTV) - Monday, April 02, 2012 at 2:35 p.m. Tyler Police responded to Valero, 1736 E. Gentry on an Armed Robbery.
The suspect walked up to the counter and pointed a small blue steel handgun at the clerk and told her to give him the cash from the register. The clerk handed over an undetermined amount of cash without incident.
The suspect is described as a B/M, approximately 6' tall, heavy build, wearing a black cap, black t-shirt and blue jeans.
The suspect got into a light brown Pontiac Grand-Am driven by a second B/M suspect.
Investigators are obtaining a surveillance video of the incident.
Anyone with information about the suspects involved in this crime are urged to contact the Tyler Police Department, at 903-531-1000, or Crimestoppers at 903-597-CUFF (903-597-2833). Crimestoppers will pay up to $1,000 for information that leads to the arrest and charges filed against the suspects in this case or any felony case.
