LIVINGSTON PARISH, LA (WAFB) - Layton Ricks, the Livingston Parish President, issued a state of emergency for the parish following the severe storm damage that happened on March 21.
Ricks issued the emergency statement that said immediate emergency actions are required to minimize the effects of severe weather. The area involved is in need of emergency actions and support to the affected areas. There is structural damage and flooding in parts of Livingston Parish.
