FEMA dictates new Livingston Parish flood maps

The new flood maps in Livingston Parish got a lot of attention yesterday and a few other parishes are next on the list. Are you in a flood zone now, are you out? Are they confusing? A lot of folks are weighing in on these. Speaking of weighing in, the legislative session kicked back into high gear after the weekend off. Once again, education reform had people talking loud.
