KENTWOOD, LA (WAFB) - Three men are behind bars after two of them allegedly used a cutting torch to break into a business.
Jonathon Edwards, 20, Daniel Blades, 26, are accused of stealing $1,200 in cash from Spring Creek Milling on Tuesday.
Edwards, Blades, and a third man, Damien Farnell, 35, were pulled over on Thursday. Deputies say during the stop, Blades confessed that he and Edwards were responsible for the burglary.
The cash stolen during the burglary was recovered.
According to reports, Edwards has been charged with simple battery and possession with intent to distribute.
Blades faces charges of simple burglary, driving without plates and possession with intent to distribute marijuana.
Farnell was charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana.
