INGREDIENTS
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 piece salmon 6-8 oz
Creole Spice as needed
dried thyme as needed
2 Tbsp Honey
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp garlic, minced
Veggies: Broccoli, carrots, onions, celery, bell peppers as desired
salt and pepper to taste
2 oz white wine
PROCEDURE
In a skillet, heat olive oil. Season salmon filet and sear both sides until golden brown. Top with honey and finish cooking in a 500 degree oven for 5 to 8 minutes.
In a separate skillet, saute vegetables until lightly tender, but still crunchy.
