Two indicted for fake pot

BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - Two people have been indicted for synthetic pot.

Joseph Do and Sang Vu are facing charges of possession with intent to distribute schedule 1 narcotics, synthetic marijuana and illegal carrying of a weapon with CDS.

They were arrested by Baton Rouge Police in 2011 at the Thrifty/Friendly Food Mart on Florida Blvd.

According to reports, 216 packets of fake pot, $154,000 in cash, a handgun and an assault rifle were seized during the bust.
