A mother sues EBR school board and more after daughter is raped

A mother is suing the East Baton Rouge School board, the interim superintendent, the school principal and a teacher's aide after she says they didn't do enough to protect her special needs daughter. Hear the details of the case tonight on 9News at 5 and 6.
