LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - A woman who took a plea deal in a deadly crash that happened in 2006 appeared in court Monday. The Jefferson County Commonwealth's Attorney's Office filed a motion to revoke Rebecca Johnson's probation.
Carroll County deputies arrested Johnson in January just months shy of her probation expiring. Johnson is charged with intoxication, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of synthetic marijuana.
Johnson is due back in court Thursday for a bond hearing. A judge has several options then, including setting a cash bond or allowing her to walk free on her own recognizance until her March 22 probation revocation hearing.
In 2007, Johnson plead guilty to manslaughter after a deadly accident that killed two young men in 2006. Police alleged she was intoxicated while driving.
