Ingredients:

  • 6oz prime fillet
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4cup butter
  • 12oz cold water lobster tail
  • 1/4cup olive oil
  • lowrys season salt to taste
  • 1/4cup water

Method:

Season the fillet with salt & pepper then grill to medium rare(130degrees) then pour melted butter over fillet. Crack the lobster tail and pull the meat out. Place the meat on top of the shell then pour the oil over the tail and season. Place tail in the pan and pour the water in the bottom of the pan. Place the pan in a 350 degree oven for 5-10 minutes.
