INGREDIENTS
1 ( 14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped ( about 2 cups)
½ cup light mayonnaise
½ cup plain fat free yogurt
½ cup (2 ounces) grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon dried tarragon
Vegetable slices and low fat crackers
PROCEDURE
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine artichokes, mayonnaise, yogurt, cheese and tarragon.
- Spoon into a small baking dish; bake 30 minutes or until heated through.
- Serve with vegetables slices or crackers.
Makes 8 servings
