Lenten Salad from Frank's

INGREDIENTS

1 lb large shrimp
Spinach (raw)
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
5 boiled eggs
1 small chopped onion
1/2 cup of honey mustard dressing
3 tbsp butter

PROCEDURE

  • Saute shrimp in pan with butter and Frank's seasoning. 
  • Put spinach in a mixing bowl and add eggs, onions and Frank's seasoning. 
  • Mix cooked shrimp with butter. add honey mustard dressing.
