Teen steals identity from nearly 200 high school students

Accused quadruple murderer Trucko Stampley slammed his hand into a wall in the courtroom violently enough to prompt authorities to call an ambulance. Stampley was later banned from the courtroom after a string of profanities aimed at a witness who testified hearing he said into his cell phone that he had killed someone, this all happened before Noon. Watch 9News tonight to see what else caused delays in the trial.

Students from East Baton Rouge Acceleration Academy are just now finding out that their Social Security numbers have been stolen. The thief is believed to be a female student who used the money to file phony tax returns. The suspect was caught two weeks ago and parents are just now finding out about it.

The man accused of ripping off thousands of investors in Texas and Louisiana is about to be hit with the feds' star witness, the chief financial officer of Stanford Investments. Today, a bank regulator from Antigua talks about how Allen Stanford manipulated and bullied Antiguan officials for years.

Mitt Romney believes he has a wide lead in polling for today's Florida primary. The polls close at 7 p.m. Baton Rouge time. Romney moves on to Wisconsin tomorrow.

The Dow Jones Industrials closed down 22 points today but, for the month, it's the best January the Dow has had in ten years.

Weatherwise, expect a chance of showers after midnight with a low of 60 degrees. Tomorrow, expect mostly cloudy conditions with a 60 percent chance of thunderstorms and a high of 74.
