BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) -
A second teen has been arrested in connection with last weekend's shooting outside the Mall of Louisiana.
Police say Michael Burrell, 17, drove the getaway car and allegedly gave the accused shooter, Johnny Williams, the gun used in the shooting.
Two bystanders were injured in the shooting.
According to reports, Williams and another man were arguing outside the mall when Williams shot at him and hit the two bystanders.
