Cafe By the River's Stuffed Meat loaf January 27, 2004 at 6:45 PM CST - Updated June 26 at 1:08 AM 2 lbs ground meat 2 eggs 1 cup of bread crumbs 1 can of French Onion Soup (use half) 1 can of Tomato Sauce (use half) 1 small bag of frozen season blend (use about half) 2 tbs Lea & Perrins Tony's Seasoning to taste. Mix up all of the ingredients and separate into halves, flatten one half for the bottom layer then add: layer of ham and your choice of cheese (Mozzarella , Cheddar, etc.) Add the top half and crease edges together. Pour the rest of the Tomato sauce and French onion soup on top of meatloaf. Bake @ 400 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
