Bold n Spicy Beef w/ Vegetable Soup from Frank's Smokehouse

1 qt beef base 14oz Creole Seasoning mix (fresh onions, garlic, celery nad bell peppers) 32 oz bloody mary mix (bold & spicy) 1 can diced tomatoes w/ juice 3 cans of your favorite vegetables (drained chick peas, black eyed peas, and green beans) 4 Tbsp chipotle pepper sauce 2 lbs. Shredded or chopped beef (we use brisket)
In a large pot add beef base and Creole seasoning mix. Bring to a boil for a few minutes and then lower heat to simmer.
Add bloody mary mix, diced tomatoes, veggies, chipotle pepper and beef.
Simmer for about 15 to 20 minutes. Everything is cooked, so when you're finished, you're ready to eat!
