Bold n Spicy Beef w/ Vegetable Soup from Frank's Smokehouse

INGREDIENTS

1 qt beef base
14oz Creole Seasoning mix (fresh onions, garlic, celery nad bell peppers)
32 oz bloody mary mix (bold & spicy)
1 can diced tomatoes w/ juice
3 cans of your favorite vegetables (drained chick peas, black eyed peas, and green beans)
4 Tbsp chipotle pepper sauce
2 lbs. Shredded or chopped beef (we use brisket)

PROCEDURE

  • In a large pot add beef base and Creole seasoning mix. Bring to a boil for a few minutes and then lower heat to simmer.
  • Add bloody mary mix, diced tomatoes, veggies, chipotle pepper and beef.
  • Simmer for about 15 to 20 minutes. Everything is cooked, so when you're finished, you're ready to eat!
