INGREDIENTS
1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
4oz. (w) Duck breast, sliced
1/4 cup Red Onions, sliced
1/4 cup Carrots, peeled and sliced
1/4 cup Asparagus tips, blanched
1/4 cup Portabello mushrooms, sliced
2 oz (V) Blackberry Teriyaki
2oz Teriyaki Sauce
2Tbsp Blackberry Jam
Creole seasoning to taste
1/3 cup Rice sticks, uncooked
PROCEDURE
- In saute skillet, heat sesame oil. Add duck slices and saute for 2 minutes. Add carrots, onions, mushrooms, and asparagus. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add seasoning and blackberry teriyaki. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and cook for 2 minutes.
- In another skillet, heat oil to 400 degrees. Put in rice sticks. They should inflate immediately. Turn sticks over to cook other side. Remove from oil and drain.
- Pour stir fry over rice sticks, enjoy.
