Beef Gnocchi from BRAVO! Mall of Louisiana


1/2 oz Whole Butter

4 oz Sliced mushrooms

7 oz Gnocchi

2 oz Roasted Carrots

2 tbsp Caramelized Onions

3 1/2 oz Braised beef

1 1/2 oz Red wine (Barbara)

2 oz Beef Jus

1/4 tsp Thyme, fresh, chopped

1 Tbsp Reggiano grated

1 pinch Salt and pepper mix

1/2 oz Whole butter

1 Tbsp Reggiano, grated

1 Tsp Parsley, chopped


Heat butter in a saute pan.

Add mushrooms and sear.

Add carrots, onions, and gnocchi, and saute.

Add beef, red wine, beef jus, and thyme, stir to combine.

Heat through, add reggiano, salt and pepper and butter.

Stir to incorporate.

Place in a pasta bowl.

Garnish with reggiano and parsley.
