Champagne Punch Recipe

Makes 16 Cups

Ice Ring:

  • Unsweetened Pineapple Juice, Ginger Ale or Lemon/Lime Soda
  • Frozen berries


  • 1 Cup Orange Liqueur
  • 1/2 Cup Raspberry Liqueur
  • 1 Cup Brandy
  • 2 Cups Unsweetened Pineapple Juice
  • 1 Qt. Chilled Ginger Ale or Lemon/Lime Soda
  • 2 750-ML Bottles Chilled Champagne
  1. To make ice ring: Combine juice or soda with frozen berries and pour into a gelatin mold ring. Freeze.
  2. To make punch: Combine orange and raspberry liqueurs, brandy and pineapple juice. Chill, covered for at least 4 hours (overnight is fine). In a large punch bowl, combine the chilled mixture with the ginger ale or lemon/lime soda and the champagne. Float the ice ring on top.
