Unsweetened Pineapple Juice, Ginger Ale or Lemon/Lime Soda
1 Cup Orange Liqueur
1/2 Cup Raspberry Liqueur
1 Cup Brandy
2 Cups Unsweetened Pineapple Juice
1 Qt. Chilled Ginger Ale or Lemon/Lime Soda
2 750-ML Bottles Chilled Champagne
To make ice ring: Combine juice or soda with frozen berries and pour into a gelatin mold ring. Freeze.
To make punch: Combine orange and raspberry liqueurs, brandy and pineapple juice. Chill, covered for at least 4 hours (overnight is fine). In a large punch bowl, combine the chilled mixture with the ginger ale or lemon/lime soda and the champagne. Float the ice ring on top.
