Mason Grill's Seafood Rolls

Mason's Grill
Seafood Roll Recipe

2 lbs. Shrimp
1/2 Tbls. Black pepper
1/2 Tbls. Tony's
1 tsp. Crushed red pepper
1 tsp Granulated garlic
1/4 tsp Sugar
12 cups Shredded cabbage
1/4 cup shredded carrot
1/4 cup Red cabbage
2 Tbls. Worcstershire
4 Tbls. Soy sauce
1/2 cup Crabmeat
 1 or 2 packages Egg roll shells

Sautee the shrimp with all the seasonings.  Add the remainiing ingredients EXCEPT the crabmeat.  Cook for five minute.  Let cool, then add crabmeat.  Roll three ounces of mix into each shell.
