Police: Husband of missing woman bought concrete

EBR Parish Sheriff's detectives say the husband of missing school teacher Sylviane Finck bought multiple gray five-gallon buckets and multiple bags of concrete shortly before she disappeared.

The teacher's husband has -not- been named as a suspect in the case. 

Detectives said Monday that the husband, Oscar Lozada, has left the country and they have lost contact with him.

Sylviane Finck was reported missing on July 18th.
