
CUSHAW

1 med. cushaw (long neck, & stripped)
2 to 3 cups of sugar
3 tsp. vanilla
1 stick of butter
Cut cushaw, remove seeds, cut into picese(cube size) and then remove peelings. Mix cushaw with sugar and butter. Cook cushaw on stove on medium heatuntil tender. Stiring often. until bright yellow color. Remove from heat, add vanllia place in baking dish and bake at 350 until brown on top. About 10mins
