Frances Bennett's Corn Casserole

Corn Casserole

2 cans Niblets Corn (Drained)
1 can Veg-All (Drained)
1 can sliced water chestnuts (Drained)
1 cup finely chopped onion
1 cup cubed or grated cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tube Ritz crackers

Mix together in a large bowl - pour into greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Slice one stick of oleo over the mixture - crumble Ritz crackers over top. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes. Good with all meat dishes.
