The Best Green Bean Salad.

3 cans drained, french cut green beans.
5 boiled eggs ,chopped
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup fine chopped bell pepper
1/4 cup fine chopped celery
1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup mayonaise
1/4 cup sour cream
8 slices bacon fried crsip and crumbled.
Mix everything together, cover and chill for 24 hours before serving.
This is my mother's recipe.She passed it on to me before she passed away in
1998.She got it from her mother who passed away in 1959.
I fix this every Christmas and it's always a big hit !
