Charbroiled Shrimp from Don's Seafood & Steakhouse


One pound medium size shrimp (cleaned; pealed; deveined)

Seasoned butter

Romano cheese

Capers (finely chopped)


Preheat oven to 450

Lightly sauté shrimp (medium done) in pan with seasoned butter

Place in shallow baking dish

Liberally cover with Romano cheese

Add 1/3 cup seasoned butter

Evenly distribute capers, very lightly, about ½ teaspoon

Bake at 450 for 7 to 10 minutes

Serve with French bread.
