INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup light Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp light Corn Syrup
1/4 cup sweetened Condensed Milk
2 Tbsp butter
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 cup Pecan Pieces
1/2 cup Heavy Cream
PROCEDURE
- In a saucepan, cook sugars, corn syrup, condensed milk, and butter for about 3 minutes on medium heat.
- Add vanilla extract and pecan pieces and cook for another 2 minutes. Make sure sauce begins to cream and the sugar granules dissolve.
- Add heavy cream and cook for another 2 minutes. Stir constantly and scrape sides. Sauce should be a creamy and "syrupy" consistancy.
- Pour over your dessert of choice: Ice Cream, Cheesecake, Pound Cake, Bread Pudding, etc.!!!
