Shrimp in Garlic Sauce from Sarita's


1 lb. Peeled and de-veined Shrimp
1/4 cup olive oil
1 Tbsp. Butter
4 Tbsp. fresh Garlic
1/4 cup wine
3 Tbsp. fresh squeezed lime juice
1/2 Tbsp. Oregano
1 pinch cumin
Dash Hot Sauce
Salt to taste
1/4 cup fresh parsley finely chopped

  • Heat oil to med-high heat.  Add butter and Sautee garlic.
  • Add white wine, lime juice, cumin and oregano. Simmer for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  • Add shrimp and sautee for 4-6 minutes until pink.  Add fresh parsley, mix well.
