BATON ROUGE, LA (AP) -
The LSU Police Department said it is looking for a 23-year-old student accused of burning the American flag and stealing the LSU flag that fly at the LSU War Memorial.
An arrest warrant names Isaac Eslava, who holds both US and Colombian citizenship, as a suspect in the case.
Investigators said the LSU flag was found in a car they believe Eslava stole.
He is also accused of vandalizing the Venue Apartments, which are north of campus.
Authorities think Eslava may have fled to Atlanta.
