INGREDIENTS
2, 11 oz. cans of tomato puree
6, 6 oz cans of tomato paste
2, 15 oz cans tomato sauce
oregano
Italian Seasoning
parsley flakes
basil leaves
parmesan cheese
chopped onion and garlic
sugar
oil
salt
pepper
PROCEDURE
First, add 1/2 cup oil to pot. Then add chopped onion and garlic. Let saute until caramelized.
Then add tomato paste and let cook for 10 minutes. Stir constantly while cooking paste and then add tomato puree and tomato sauce.
Add 2 Tbsp of each of the following spices: salt, pepper, basil leaves, parsley flakes, Italian seasoning, and oregano.
Then add 1 cup of parmesan cheese.
Fill each tomato paste can with water and add to the mixture.
Let this cook on low heat for 2 hours. Then add 2 cups of sugar and cook for 30 minutes.
Stir occasionally while sauce is cooking.
