Grilled to your preference
 
INGREDIENTS for Sauce:
1 cup of Bourbon
1/2 cup cane syrup
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 cup demi glace
 
PROCEDURE for Sauce:

  • Flame off Bourbon and add the cane syrup and Worcestershire sauce. 
  • Reduced by half
  • Add demi glace and serve
